Authentic Spanish rice recipe a la Navarra – Rice with lamb and tomato sauce for 4 persons.

Spanish rice ingredients: - 500 grams (1 pound) of lamb meat
- 4 cups of rice
- salt and pepper
- wheat
- 1 cup of pork fat
- tomato sauce
Recipe for Spanish rice with lamb: Remove fat from the lamb meat and cut it into pieces. Cook rice for about 20 minutes in a pot with boiling water and salt to taste. Meanwhile, warm up pork fat in another pot and fry lamb meat (with salt and pepper), covered by a bit of wheat. Once rice is tender, take it away from water and add it to the lamb (which should already get browned). Pour in tomato sauce too. Mix everything well and put into a hot oven. Bake for about 10 minutes more and serve from the same pot.
