Gibraltar, known as The Rock, is located on the southern coast of Spain at the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea making it a popular romantic holiday destination and a gateway to southern Spain. Gibraltar Tourism Board promotes the location as a venue for destination weddings and since Gibraltar is an overseas territory of the United Kingdom the people are British Citizens and everything is in English. It’s the perfect alternative to getting married in Spain where marriage requirements are more elaborate.
