  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • parsley, saffron, salt and pepper to taste

Fry sweet pepper cut into strips for garnish. Wash and clean crabs and cook them with half a liter boiling of water, one laurel leaf, 1/2 cup of white wine and salt to taste.

Cut squids into rings, rabbit into chunks. Fry rabbit meat separately in a wide pan with hot olive oil. Add salt and minced garlic to taste and fry until browned. In continuation, add squids, peas and onion. Wet it with a bit of water and cook until all meat is tender.

Add a half of fried sweet pepper and paella rice, and mix well. While cooking, add 10 cups of boiling water. Prepare and mash 1 clove of garlic, saffron and parsley in mortar and pestle with a bit of water. Pour it to paella and distribute uniformly. Cook paella on medium fire for about 10 minutes.
