Recipe for Spanish food paella casera – homemade paella recipe with chicken, pork and clams / mussels for 4 persons.

Homemade Paella Ingredients: - 4 cups of rice
- 12 cups of water
- 1 small chicken
- 250 grams (half a pound) of pork
- 500 grams (1 pound) of clams or mussels
- 200 grams (7 oz) of peas
- 400 grams (14 oz) of tomato sauce
- 2 red peppers, fried and cut into strips
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 small cup of olive oil
- saffron
- salt and pepper to taste
Paella recipe: Heat oil in a paella pan and add minced cloves of garlic, choped onion, pieces of chicken meat (cleaned of skin and bones) and pork, together with tomato sauce. Fry altogether while stirring continually with a wooden tablespoon and pouring in gradually rice for paella, water and salt. Before boiling, add peas, clams and mussels (cleaned) as well as saffron. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, taking care that the water is boiling uniformly. While cooking, add prepared strips of fried red pepper putting them on top of the paella as decoration. Once rice is tender, take paella away from the fire, put it on a wet cloth and cover it for several minutes before serving. How to make paella - a list of easy paella recipes:
