His Pension-Property in the wonderful old town of Alicante At 100m from the beach and the esplanade. Perfect location in the old narrow streets of Alicante, just steps away from tapas bars and cerveceria's. Good beds and bathroom was clean.

PENSION VERSALLES

I stayed in this hostel and I love the friendly atmosphere. The tenant is helpful and polite but he cant speak english so you need to use body language and the spanish language. It is good for students and to those people who wants a place which is practical and suitable on the budget. The only problem is that they don't have aircondition.

Hostal Versalles is located in the historical zone of Alicante, on the Santa Barbara castle slope and beside the La Asegurada museum and Santa Maria church (S. XVI).

The beach and the most important leisure zone of Alicante also are really near, only one hundred metres.

Rooms are available of one, two, three and even four beds. They are equiped with running water and electric fan in every of them. The toilet and the bathroom are of common use. Pets are admitted.

There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and all kind of cooking tools. We have a spacious garden where customer can sunbathe, have luch, read, watch TV.

Double room: 40€ for 2 persons per night.

Guesthouse Gran Alacant

Opening May 2008: New Guesthouse in Gran Alacant, 6 Kms from Alicante Airport, 12Kms from Alicante city - on the Costa Blanca near Santa Pola, with full use of Swimming Pool.Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms have safe box, secure window grills, air condition ceiling fans.Airport pick-up /transfer + bicycle hire also available.

Breakfast (continental) is from 8am to 10.30am.

Guests can hire a Bicycle here, at a cost of 10 euros per day.Airport transfer is available, to and from the guesthouse, at 10 euros each way (single trip).

Maps of the area(s), and other information of local sightseeing, and bus timetables and a welcome drink are available free of charge on arrival.

Bed linen and Towels are provided. Also guests can use the internet on the hosts computer, but no wi-fi or wii facilities here.

All rooms have safety electronic boxes, own key to room and front entrance, and wardrobe space.There is no curfew, no lock out times.There is no smoking allowed in the house, but there is smoking area in the front terrace.There is no restaurant in the building - breakfasts being the only meal served. Evening meals are available on request, from 21.00 to 22.00 hrs

Check-in time is from 2pm (14.00 hrs) on day of arrival.bags + Luggage can be left for safekeeping before that time.
